This food is amazing. We drove over 50 miles to try as we have seen multiple posts on social media. Everyone is right. It's a quiet little spot in a small shopping center. The beef, chicken, and shrimp have the best hint of smoky flavor and then the meat is tender and delicious. Pho broth is beyond exceptional, You can actually taste all the individual flavors that go into it. So dang good. Lemonade was on point, just the right tartness. Sunshine Pineapple Tea was sweet and delicious with pineapple chucks that hit right! Service was great, excellent and attentive. We also got egg rolls, The best in Midland! Stop reading this amazing review and just hit these guys up!! They are on DoorDash as well. Midland is so lucky to have this spot!

My picky eater approved because he only eats great quality beef lol- the best pho in midland with Wagyu beef! Everything was so delicious, great atmosphere and amazing service. Will definitely be back!

I had never tried pho before, but I kept hearing about this place — and let me tell you, they truly went above and beyond. Even our kids, across all ages, enjoyed everything we ordered! Our server gave amazing recommendations, and our favorite drink was definitely the Strawberry Lemonade. We started with the Butterfly Shrimp, wontons, and dumplings — all hot, fresh, and so flavorful. If you can’t decide, I highly recommend the wontons, but the shrimp and dumplings were a very close second. As for the pho… WOW. Since it was my first time trying it, I went off recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, comforting, and full of flavor. If you’ve never tried pho before, this is the place to do it! The service truly made the experience top-notch. Whether you’re running in for a tea, having a weekly business meeting, or planning a night out, this place fits every vibe. The decor and atmosphere honestly don’t even feel like Midland, it’s such a fun experience. We will absolutely be back!

This place is very good, the chicken pho was on point. Portion wise, it is a very big portion even for the medium size. The place has a nice atmosphere. The lady that served me was very nice and patient. I would recommend going early, because it does get packed. Food temperature was good. Price range was industry standard, now days most place charge above 10 dollars. But overall a great experience I will be going back to try some more stuff on their menu.
